REFUND POLICY

Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your sportscrazy.com.au purchase.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the product you purchased then please return your purchased products.  

  • We do ask that the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached to the products.
  • After the returned goods are assessed we may or may not offer a refund depending on the condition of the goods. If not in resale-able condition a restocking fee of 15% will apply 
  • Returns received more than 30 days after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Returns for more than 4-10 items will incur a restocking fee of $15. We do not refund orders over 10 items where a customer changes their mind. Please check before you order.  

We are sorry but we cannot accept returns, refunds or credits on the following items:

1. Sale items from the SALE section

2. Swimwear

3. Hosiery

2. We will reply with further instructions for the return process.

3. Please return in your own time, the item in good condition, in original boxes or packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit/refund/exchange.

Return postage is at your expense.
